Beryllium has been an important metal in the production of nuclear weapons for more than 60 years and, in recent times, it has been a critical part of the semiconductor industry. This metal has many unusual properties which have been an area of study for nearly 60 years. Scientists in our firm have been identified as authorities on this metal and have published more than 15 papers which deal with exposure, toxicology, medicine or biomonitoring. Some of our staff have been identified and served as expert witnesses to discuss this metal.
